Returned products must be in original condition and unused.

The buyer must inform us at mall.tolong.com.my within 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product being returned.

mall.tolong.com.my will confirm with the buyer of returning arrangement and the buyer must ship the product back to mall.tolong.com.my at his/her own cost.

The buyer will take full responsibility for the products during the return shipment back to us.
